1) Permanent magnet coreless motor introduction
        Permanent magnet is a coreless motor with full independent intellectual property rights on behalf of the motor industry's future direction of development of new energy-saving motors, breaking the production of motors, generators in more than 100 years that rely on high performance soft magnetic materials such as silicon steel sheet history. Permanent magnet coreless motor with three breakthroughs and four performance advantage. 

Three breakthroughs:

(1)it breaks through the technical bottleneck of the traditional single pole structure of the motor, and creates a brand-new structure system of the Coreless Permanent Magnet motor.

(2) it break through the core structure of the stator and rotor of the traditional motor, and realize the coreless structure of the stator.

(3) it break through the traditional motor stator manufacturing mode, and created a new manufacturing process of motor production.

Four performance advantages:
First, wide load range, high efficiency and energy saving. Efficiency over IE4 (ultra ultra high efficiency) motor energy efficiency standards.

Second, lightweight materials. Under the same power condition, the volume and weight are less than 1/2 of the traditional motor, the silicon steel sheet saves 100%, and the copper material saves more than 50%.

Third, high reliability. The utility model has the advantages of no excitation winding, no brush, no iron core, good insulation performance, waterproof, moisture-proof and dustproof, reliable operation, and strong environmental adaptability under extreme conditions.

Fourth, control precision, good speed control performance. Compared with the traditional motor, the rotary inertia is small and has no slot effect; equipped with a new intelligent controller, the speed range is wide, the output torque is stable, and the control is flexible, especially suitable for high-speed operation.
